dewadepo processes your data only where local law permits and only within supported regions. When you register, we collect the identifiers needed to run your account — name, contact channel, device fingerprint, and your chosen e-wallet reference. Payment metadata from DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS is held for reconciliation windows set by Indonesian financial guidance, then archived under restricted access. We do
not sell your records to third parties, and any analytics partner we use is bound by a written processing agreement. You can request export, correction or deletion of your file at any time through the contact paths listed below, and we'll respond inside the timelines this policy commits to.
Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.
